These terms apply to AcademyOS and the websites of Lahoti Labs Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.

The service

AcademyOS gives an academy an admin panel, teacher and parent apps and a website, hosted and run by us. During the trial period the service is provided free of charge and as it is, while we keep improving it. We will tell academies in advance before any paid plan applies to them.

Your account and your data

• The academy owns the data it puts into AcademyOS and is responsible for having the right to record it, including its students' and parents' details.
• Keep your login codes to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You can ask us to remove your academy at any time; we will delete its data as described in our privacy policy.

Website text written for you

We draft an academy's website from its public Google listing and public web pages, and show where each section came from. The academy reviews and publishes it, and is responsible for what it publishes.

Acceptable use

Do not use AcademyOS to break the law, send spam, or try to access another academy's data.

Liability

We work to keep AcademyOS available and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount the academy has paid us in the previous three months.
